The Secret To Perfect Crostini

I cover the best bread to use, how to slice and bake crostini for that perfect crisp edge, and how to make them ahead so entertaining feels effortless.
Once the crostini base is made, I'll show you three easy topping ideas:
- Roast beef with arugula and honey mustard
- Smoked salmon with cucumber, dill, capers and ricotta
- Cherry tomato with basil pesto and whipped feta
You'll also see how to make a simple garlic-infused version, a smooth whipped feta that's perfect for piping, and a few small presentation details that make everything look a little more special.
